We currently ship within the United States.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Split Shipments

Due to the size of our products, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels. These may arrive separately.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, PRIMAL PURR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If a delivery is refused or deemed undeliverable, the order may be returned to the warehouse.

In such cases:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from any refund
